:-) And the classic cliche of 'Unless the werebeast's identity is meant to be a mystery or unimportant, their clothes will always survive their transformation.' I wonder if they have sales tags on their butts.

I know formula dictates that all the victims (except with a 50/50 chance of Megumi's sister), will be restored to normal at the end of the episode, so their clothes are needed to avoid needing to put convenient props in the way after they're all restored. Followed by them all not remembering a thing for no good reason, or being memory zapped to protect a arbitrary status-quo. But I hope we get at least a few subversions of the above formula.

Our cat-cop is already a shape shifter, so the curse isn't likely to effect her, or at least not fully. And our living doll is already a toy and not flesh and blood to be infected in her TFed state. So that does away with the false danger of the heroes being infected, which DOESN'T happened at all anyway except to a token teammate. Which IMHO is a very good thing. Instead the heroes have to focus on keeping the curse from spreading to everyone in town and possibly beyond or before someone trigger happy drops a nuke on the whole mess.

It's possible the were plushies are only in this form at night. And act as sleeper agents during the day. It's also possible the Face of Evil intends to simply infect enough humans and then simply leave with his new prizes to his own domain. At least point the political shadow powers might choose to simply LET HIM GO since it's better to loose some civilians than aggravating them into an explosive conflict.

I've heard people say, in the Sonic The Hedgehog comic, that Legionizing is better than Robotocization because it supposedly is permanent more. Instead NO meaningful NAMED characters except bad guys ever get turned into cyborgs, and all the tension is a yawn because you know the writers won't do it even to pure Archie character protagonists. By having the heroic pair implied to be immune due to their unique nature, the story doesn't have to BOTHER with this 'false tension' and instead focus on the heroes stopping the spread of the hugs and cuddles. And Dolly having to face that her own little sister has been convinced by evil that she's doing the right thing and her big sister is bad for opposing her. (The face of evil wouldn't have been so slick with her if he just needed to possess her.)

I wonder if the were plushies can pass through the aura of invincibility that surrounds babies, children, and the elderly during zombie/werebeast/vampire breakouts, or whether the above have all been teleported to Mars for the remainder of the crisis as seems to be the case in most supernatural outbreak situations.

The aura of invincibility around women getting infected, instead of just killed, has been broken, I wonder if the other auras of invincibility will be.

Assuming the heroic pair don't nip this in the bud while Megumi's wereplushie army is only herself and her two friends.

Spread the love wereplushies!

Keep up the good work!
